I’ve found myself feeling lonely around crowds and even people who know me well at times, but I’ve learned to embrace it rather than run away from it as I now know it’s the grand opportunity to know more of myself and what I’m really made of.
I think that loneliness is a lot like sleep deprivation, it’s a debt that can increase or decrease based on how much you fight you put into making your life the best version you can. I used to be lonely, but my dedication to school, than to physical work, than to education, drowned out the feeling of isolation I used to have. In the absence of emotional closeness, I believe service to others, done in modesty, kills loneliness. A lot of ancient philosophers said work was like medicine for the soul. In modern times, people know there are ways to medicate depression, such as humility and hard work and kindness, but they don’t like the treatment. Many others don’t know it works cause nobody told them it works.

Absolutely, but like every other feeling - I know my loneliness will pass and I'll just let it be. If the feeling continue to come up, I'll take out my journal and over time future out where it's coming from.
Used to all the time. But not anymore. Loneliness is a sign you're in desperate need of yourself Most of my life has been in solitude. It's more comfortable than crowds.
Yeah, I think it's normal and often many people experience it at times when the conversation is boring or you're not involved as much

Do you really feel content or are you just saying that to avoid being called a loner? Hm
No I do not get lonely. I get anxiety, nausea and my brain literally sizzles when I have to deal with imbeciles.
