Why do I attract so many bullies?

I'm a black girl living around a majority of Mexicans and they seem extremely racist. Of course I'm always the only black girl at almost every job. I'm being singled out at the job and then the customers make fun of me I constantly have guys calling me ugly and making fun of me. Majority of them I ironically older guys WHEN I LOOK LIKE A MINOR EVEN THOUGH IM 23. So what are grown guys doing rating me when if I LOOK LIKE A MINOR? Many times in the past when I asked a customer if they needed help finding an item they would either ignore me and pretend they didn't hear me, give a dirty look, or say No in a rude way. I remember when I first had twisted extensions in my hair one grown man with a child came in and he after I got done helping him made fun of my hair and said I had a broke --- weave and then he laughed. For a while I was getting bullied for the hair and heard people calling me out by my race by saying "that black girl." Or they would say "that's her." Now I been through 2 wigs both straight and since the second wig is really dry and bad people are treating me like trash but the fact that I am black possibly makes me a target. They don't treat anyone else in the store bad. People will stare in the window and possibly laugh or say something when they see me. Guys treat me like trash worse. Then I used to go to this cafe shop and the guy was only nice at first he knew I worked in the mall. For no reason at all because they ran out of hot fries I said "nevermind" but I wasn't rude and the next time I saw him he Threw the bag of chips at me. I couldn't go back after that. The mall I go to has some extremely ignorant people and I'm a minority here. Then the people at my job are turning against me and treating me like trash. When customers come in they don't pick on anyone else but me. I don't understand why I am a target I don't know if it's because I'm a Christian or what.
