A girl in my college years was a female bully.
She was a complete narcissist. She was self-obsessed, hung out with only a certain crowd of popular older seniors, acted entitled, bullied others by making very personal comments on their looks and spreading rumors. Was very obnoxious and tried using fake charm to manipulate her way through. She was the girl who would slut shame other less popular girls or the 'nerds' and try to steal their boyfriends etc.
In other words, a very run of the mill female bully. The only surprising thing was how immature she was because most people over 18 are suppose to be more mature while she seemed stuck in a middle school / high school mindset.
The only reason such bullies exist is because they have peer support. A lot of kids in my college acted indifferent towards her if they knew about her. Her friends worshiped her cause they thought her 'bad' antics were cool. Some, were just in her orbit because she was promiscuous and gave out nudes or sexual acts like candy.
I never liked her and couldn't be indifferent towards her when she treated others poorly. She spread a dirty rumor about my cousin's friend, and also about another nice girl I was acquainted with. Made an enemy out of her. Did come to bite me in the ass for a bit cause of course she tried to spread rumors and her boys thought they could jump me. But my friends held on and I could kick their ass so no regrets whatsoever. I tried shedding light to her bullshit though and reported her to take care of matters legally - but our school administrators did not want to take action and that still pisses me off.
