Why does it seem like trans men get less media attention than trans women?

Quite frankly the only news I hear about transsexuals is how everyone is freaking out about how "Male perverts pretend to be women to sneak into female changing rooms". These stories prays on the idea that men are perverts and that trans women are still just men. The idea that women can be perverts or that they sneak into male changing rooms does not bother them or might even never come up at all.

While it's true that some women can be perverts and there probably are some who sneak into men's changing rooms, that's a lot less common and is less of a threat. Men are generally bigger and stronger than women, which makes them more of a threat and more likely to physically attack somebody or worse.

Putting morality aside, we can just start by pointing out that the difference between the frequency of male and female perverts sneaking into the others changing rooms under the pretense of being transgender is both so incredibly low that they are both equally negligible. Pointing to one and saying it is unacceptable while at the same time saying the other is "a lot less common" really ruins your whole argument.

I have also never heard someone make a serious claim that there was a risk for a physical assault in the changing rooms so your claims regarding men being "bigger" and "stronger" is also completely irrelevant. Besides, isent the main part of their arguments that it endangers children? At which point an adult woman would be plenty big and strong by comparison.

Fundamentally, your whole reply is bankrupt in both morals and in logical arguments.

I’m speaking about the reasons why people would be more concerned about transwomen acting like perverts, spying on people, sexually assaulting people etc. than they would about transmen. They’re more concerned about them for the same reasons most people are more concerned about male sexual predators than they are female sexual predators.

Saying that biological women are less likely to sexually assault people than biological men are doesn’t ruin my argument at all. It’s a statistical fact. It’s common sense actually. There have been quite a few examples of transwomen doing those types of things in female changing rooms, bathrooms, even in prisons. I don’t save links and I’m not about to go searching for them, so you’ll no doubt call me a liar for not posting proof, but it’s out there and it is a valid concern.

One of the arguments is that children are most at threat, sure. Women are also in ore danger of being sexually assaulted by a man than men are of being sexually assaulted by women. Again this is a statistical fact and common sense.

You’d like to argue that I lack morals because the things I’m saying are transphobic, but I’d argue that by ignoring statistical facts, denying biological reality, being dishinest and pretending that these aren’t valid concerns for women or children, you’re just putting the wants and needs of transgendered people over the safety of those women and children because you think that’s morally correct when it’s just not.

Cause they are women. Just as usual men will take the up the space from women, talk over women, walk over women... These people believe they are the other sex inside but funny when you put them in groups the dynamics remain the same and aren't reversed 🤔

There are probably not as many. There are also no beauty pageants or drag shows for trans men. Nobody goes to Thailand for the boy-ladies. They go for the ladyboys. Etc.

It is just not as interesting or sexually appealing of a thing.
