Have any of these people been to the grocery store since Biden was elected? How about a restaurant? Have they paid any rent? Tried to buy a new house? Paid a utility bill? Filled their tanks with gas (it's still twice the cost per gallon that it was when Biden took office)? I mean forget about the cost of entertainment and travel. Who has time for that when they have to work three jobs now just to keep a roof over their head and food on the table!

What world are these people living in? The Biden/Democrat economy is a DISASTER! Do they really think they can fool people when half the population is living on the streets and the other half struggling just to pay for the basics?

Who are you going to believe? Biden and the Democrats and their fake news, or you lying eyes (and wallet!)?

Because all administrations boast about the economy regarding how well the stock market is doing and unemployment. Both to which are doing really well.

Unfortunately this doesn't mean everyone is doing great. The stock market can have a 10k percent return in a year and that can mean nothing to a person who isn't able to afford to invest in stocks.

This means the Biden administration is pointing to the parts of the economy that are doing really well. Just as Trump did, Obama did and everyone before them.

Regarding homelessness: Its clear that Americans need a big raise and corporations need to cough it up. Corporate profits soar, CEO pay up, employee wages are decreasing ( when you account for inflation) regardless of the fact employee productivity is up. Many people can't afford homes or rent. It's important to know not all homeless live on the street. Employed people living in cars is on the rise.

The rich get richer off the hard work of regular people every day. I think unions need to make a bigger comeback and humble these ass hat corporations pretending they can't do more for the employees that they profit off of.

Government mandated wages are a socialist/communist concept because it means that the government effectively owns the companies and makes decisions about employee pay. It never works.

There are more consumers than there are employees. For every extra penny of mandated employee pay above the labor market determined pay rate, consumers must bear the extra cost (not to mention the resulting inflation). The results in less than an optimized economy and if the government mandates are severe enough results in the collapse of the economy, widespread poverty and loss of freedom. The draconian mandates of the Biden administration are already producing that result as the poverty rate in 2022 was 12.4%, up from 4.6% in 2021. These policies are destroying the economy.

The Democrats say they care about the poor. It's the only point they are honest about. They like them so much they are creating a lot more of them.

Government min wages aren't working that's correct. They're so low that it forces people into poverty. There aren't enough high paying jobs to go around. Even two salary homes are suffering.

Min wage does not mean the government owns the corporation lol. Corporations own America by the fact they pay off all your GOP politicians with the exception of Matt Gaetz and a handful of Democrats with corporate donations and super pac money.

Tell me what republican polices any current GOP member has come up with to end homelessness?

Also, what new republican policies do you know of that are designed to benefit the tax payers of this country that can counter any of these horrible democratic policies?

No rational employer is going to maintain or open a new business if he is forced to pay a wage that will result in unacceptable profits.

The only thing that a minimum wage does is ensure that the poorest, least educated and least skilled workers will never be able to improve their lot in life by removing the lower rung on the employment ladder where an employer will be willing to hire and train them so they can move up. It ensures that blacks in particular cannot find jobs. It is a racist policy pushed by the fakes, phonies and frauds in the Democrat party who are still loyal to the pro slavery movement their party was founded upon. No employer will ever pay an employee $20 an hour when that employee can only produce $5 an hour. If they are forced to do so, they will close their business (which is of course what the left wants so they can impose government rule instead of citizen rule). Minimum wage is another term for the poor peoples' full unemployment program.

A significant percentage of the homeless are veterans. I read recently that homeless veterans, homeless senior citizens and homeless children are also at record highs now.

I'd like to know what measure of an economy could be any worse than record homelessness? How can a family's economy get any worse than that?

If people don't wake up and throw these socialist/Progressive/communist Democrats out, they will find themselves on the streets along with the others. Sadly, my grandpa was hired by Consumer Electronics in New York City. The had a job for him working in Venezuela and one day he got a ride in the pick up truck this guy gave him a lift. My mother's father was the greatest inspiration in my life. A self made multi-millionaire who grew up in total poverty on a small American farm and dropped out of school in the 6th grade to help his parents survive on that farm and eventually after many years of hard manual labor and work started his own business and became a tremendous success. His mother died when he was 17 years old during the Spanish flu pandemic. He was the American dream in real life and taught me everything I needed to know to become a success myself.

I cannot imagine what my life would have been like if I had never known him.

Here's a few I just looked up for you. They want to cut and or end social security because they think entitlement programs like social security are terrible. Also any of them that sat they want to privatize it is to end it and put our retirement in the hands of wall St which will make them more money while those investments can lose money there. Remember 2008 financial collapse. Imagine that happening again (it can and will eventually) right before you want to retire. Republicans will get rich off privatizing by getting big donations from banks and super pacs if they pull that off. They don't care about our retirement. They don't think we're entitled to it. Entitlement is a liberal word so it's bad. Even tho we pay 6.2 percent weekly in social security tax and 1.45 percent for Medicare. How many thousands do we put which is us investing in ourselves. That's not entitlement without justification. We are deserving of it and this should not be privatized and gambled in the stock market. This was meant as a secure guarder would get something as long as we participate and put into it.

They believe you're not smart enough to read past or investigate them when they lie to you and say we don't want to touch it. The only thing causing us to go broke is low wage growth and global inflation that Biden didn't cause. It's a global issue and America suffered far less than other countries inflation wise.

Americans are broke because of low wage growth which has nothing to do with anything more than corporate greed which is what capitalism is all about. Corporations don't pay taxes and they don't want to pay us either. Republicans don't want min wage to increase and yet that might keep people from being homeless. Not all people are going to make enough to afford homes now no matter how hard they work. Even rent is ridiculous for the avg American. No president is going to make you sell your house for less so someone else can afford it and they also can't force a corporation to pay us more so we can survive. That's capitalism.
