The same man sits on the board of numerous companies not just IBM where is is no doubt pushing the same criminal policy.

Then think about it, how would you know if the company you applied to turned oy down because of your race rather than anything else? Its easy enough for them to claim any reason and usually they claim something arbitrary, vague and subjective.

Yes, I have absolutely been discriminated against multiple times. One time a major company wanted to hire me but not as the manager even though I had decades of experience managing such parts of the business. They wanted me to train a yet to be determined black male who would be my boss.

I told them that was patently illegal and that the HR Director (who was a recently hired black male) was either ignorant of a major law in HR or was putting the company at risk of lawsuit willfully. I told them that either way he was not competent to do his job and puts them at risk. I urged the officer of the company that I was talking to to discuss it with their Labor Lawyer in Legal. . I refused the job and went to another firm. Three weeks after I left and after the incident, the HR Director was fired.

At the company that I went to I found that the decision was down to me and a black woman. I got the job. The white VP who hired me was let go within 3 months and a black woman who went up three levels in 5 years was my new boss, she was also on the panel and voted for the black woman. The one who lost to me was now on my staff and she was not qualified at all. There was then pressure in me to hire minorities and people right out of college vs those with experience. So many black people were escalated very quickly to top positions in that company that did not have the experience or the natural talent that many bad decisions began to happen. Global competition will tear these companies up.

Because of Trump and PragerU telling young white guys college is indoctrination, and you can do anything without it. I started getting guys who live out in the middle bum fuck nowhere with nothing, with a bunch of dairy farms and no skills or education, and a bunch of Nazi tattoos on their faces.

I am lucky if I get to interview one with a GED. So I have to hire immigrants not because they want to come here but because I can't find anyone qualified for the job. I don't discriminate; if he can handle the job, then I'll hire him. But because they listen to a rich guy on PragerU who was born into wealth and dropped out of college because it was too hard for him telling them they don't need it, I get fewer and fewer qualified people every year.

I am in my 50s and in IT that is a hundred in dog years. I have had a few phone interview and they sounded very interested and wanted me to come in. As soon as they see I am not twenty something I can tell by the look on their face I will not be considered.

Given the modern fondness for contractors and 401k's its hard to explain why so many of them would even care. They are not prepared for a many decades long employment either which is a economically bad idea in any profession which requires large amounts of company spesfic information to be efficient.

Regardless @exitseven having a person show up in person or on video is the first time they have a chance to soo discriminate, and as such should be delayed as much as possable in the process if you want to see if they are actually doing it.
