Do you think it's OK to generalize?

Most of the "Why do Men.." and "Why do Women.." questions on this site that I see everyday sounds like they really hate a gender or a whole group within a gender for a few bad ones

Even though the later is not as frequently seen as the former

Ultimately no it's not ok because when you generalize an entire group you are including everyone in that group or even the majority of said group. And it's never even the majority. The men you see online that are always asking negative questions about women or spreading negative things just hate women and are bitter. Thank god most men are not like that. It's a very vocal, only online, minority.

People that aren't in cults or echo chambers online are all individuals woth different personalities and likes and thoughts.

To an extent. Generalization is good because it’s quick, and can describe broad trends. That’s also why it’s bad. So use generalizations sparingly, and thoughtfully.

To some extent, yes. We understand the world we live in through generalizations. They can sometimes be taken too far, but saying generalizations are bad is, well... a bad generailzation.
