That’s basically what was decided in scotus 2010. That dark money super pacs were legal under free political organizing.
I see both sides, but I lean toward bribery. And remember Obama and Hillary made most campaign cash in history.

USA "LOGIC"
Money is legal speech by people
Corporations are legally people
Ergo, corporate speech - it's volume, tenor, tone, pitch, misinformation, disinformation, message, bias, falsehoods, distortions, collusiveness, furtiveness - is essentially only limited by how much money you have.
It's SICK. ITS A BRIBE. And for any of you Americans who say "I'm not going to fund any politicians campaign with tax dollars through "public campaign finance laws" YOU are the problem! Every other nation does it exactly to keep monied interests OUT OF POLITICS. They set strict amounts on duration, advertising and party support. Campaign finance would eliminate SO MANY problems and we have dumfuks who don't want to support common fucking sense solutions to big fucking problems. Thanks for coming to my TeD talk.
CERTAINLY NOT! They are exemplary
citizens!! How dare you sir!
Money is not speech but what it does instead Is it influences people to endorse certain things or to vote a certain way. We need to regulate money in politics or what's going to happen is that the people with the most money will be making all the policies and leaving the rest of us at their mercy. You should not be able to buy political power and that is exactly what is happening these days.

Answering straight: I would like to see a maximum limit on donation size and every donor named. That kind of exists now but fenagling is rampant. While I'm at it,
*Term limits on all elected and appointed government servants. Including SCOTUS.
*Overturning the Seventeenth Amendment.
*Service duration limits on all federal employees.
*All (100%) of federal employees have no Cadillac medical insurance. It must be all on Obamacare.
*Federal salaries must be keyed to those of the private sector from plumbers to station chiefs.
*Non-essential personnel as named regarding government shutdowns must be aged or attritioned out. And not replaced.
let me ask you this: If I come up with an ad that says "Vote for John Doe!" can the government prevent me from running that ad, or would that be a violation of my free speech?
does it matter? If I make the ad regardless of who paid for it, do I have a First Amendment right to run it?
so I would be forced to show where I got the money?
Let's say it's my money.
what if a friend and I pooled our money to run an ad? Should that be allowed if it's our money?
CU was about a PAC that wanted to run an anti-Hilary Clinton ad, but the gov said it was not allowed. The PAC sued on 1A ground and won, with support from the ACLU
The worst thing the Supreme Court ever did was to allowxSuper PACs.
Itcopenned the door for megadonors that have real influence with politicians.
Money is not speech, otherwise bribing the cops would not be a crime. These politicians are full of shit and are literally killing people for a profit.
I've heard the phrase "money talks" and it's true, but I don't think it needs to be enshrined in the constitution. Imagine a world where the elected government could be bought by the highest bidder. Oh wait...
