I think its fair to say feminism has become very unpopular with a lot of men these days but im curious how you women feel about it lately?
and do you think the guys that hate feminism are just bitter or taken in propaganda or do they got a point?

Real feminism is sadly still needed. Yes it is used by mysoginist by cherry picking extremists and not real feminists as example of men hating, but lets be honest they would be mysoginists irrelevant of that.
From personal experience, the more someone knows about it, the more supportive they get. The haters are, in my experience, without exception people who either dont like facts, dont want to learn, just want to hate for no reason and/or live in their own fantasy world.
Also, something, that at this point, I just find funny. The following people are often the same people:
The toxic masculinity thing i always cringe at whenever guys complain about it lol.
It's one of those things where people only focus on the tiny select few negative people within the group. Can you imagine if we did that with Christianity? All Christians would be psychotic mass murderers 🙃
I believe that feminism is necessary because unfortunately women still struggle a lot. In many countries we don't have the same rights as men. Forced marriages are still a thing in some parts of the world and some women are also pressed to be mothers.
Despite what many think wage gap is real and it's even worse for non-white women in western countries. Domestic violence is a serious issue but it's not taken seriously by most people (even by some women).
Some men kill women just because they're women. So yes, standing against injustices and cruelty that affects women is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
However, in some cases feminism is taken way too far. Some women who consider themselves "feminist" hate men. That's something I disagree with it. Yes, there are men who are cruel towards women, but NOT ALL MEN are like that. Plus, hating all men won't solve any issue. On the contrary, it only causes more violence and resentment between genders. In order to have a better world for EVERYONE men and women must work together.
As for your last question, I do think that they're bitter and taken in propaganda. They have misleading ideas of what feminism is. In their minds being a feminist equals hating men and wanting to kill all them. Some believe that is about wanting women to have more privileges than men. Or about believing that women are superior to men. That IS NOT what feminism is about. A good definition of feminism is simple, it's about women being respected, have the same opportunities as men and being seen as equals (NOT as inferior or superior). Unfortunately men who don't know what feminism really is will never get my point.
Feminism is important a it stands for equal and equitable treatment of everyone. The issue is how radical feminism is in the spotlight for being obnoxiously loud and acting like men are the spawn of the devil
feminism as in women should have choice in their lives and be treated equally is absolutely valid!! 💯💯 i think nowadays so many people like to twist what feminism actually is so they can try and attack it🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😕
yup all these bitter dudes who can't seem to be more introspective and change their ways and instead blame it on feminism and women as a whole themselves smh
I generally like it. The guys that hate feminism generally feel because feminism wants to destroy the patriarchy and those guys benefit from it (or at least think they do).
What do you mean "you women"? 😑
Jk 😜
I just think a lot of people are confused about what Feminism is really supposed to be about and it's turned a lot of people into "Feminazis."
I'm not a feminist myself but I think feminists have got a point and the guys that hate it have just been bombarded with feminist ideas that they feel unthought of. Like no one thinks they go through stuff
i think there's a lot of misinformation over the actual goal
loud mouths who hate either gender and want either gender to have a noticeable detriment aren't the true movement.
@beebella said Feminazis and I couldn’t have agreed more.
The idea is something, but the people supporting it don't always represent the idea.
