he's been to a lot of trials and sued how many times? Talked to how many lawyers over the years? I've been to court, I'd fall asleep at times if boring enough. Our judge kept dozing off.
shouldn't do that, but what else is he doing that takes up time and energy. This stuff has got to be a drain. Can you imagine the schedule, flights, life such kind of person has? I'd be sick just from flying as my ears never unclog. Endless meetings, press events... I'd like to see it to see what reality is like on the other side, but wouldn't want to live it.

I'm as anti-Trump as a person can get. Just from my experience being in jury selection, it is a snooze fest: asking 50 people the exact same question over and over. It's important for the lawyers to take notes and posture over choices as everyone answers. The defendant is just sitting there keeping as low of a profile as possible.
I get falling asleep. Let your lawyer do their thing; you pay them for it. At the same time, everything in a courtroom is serious business, but jury selection is the lowest agency you, as a defendant, have, and the best thing to do is keep your head down low, the same as sleeping upright. I respect it.
He's old as fuck, I'm not surprised. Though, anytime I've been to court, I'm awake.

Might mean he’s guilty. There’s a jailhouse stereotype that only the guilty can sleep. I’m not sure if it’s ever been meaningfully tested, but it kinda makes sense.
Could also mean he’s not guilty and somehow has confidence in the “justice system”.
Probably just means he’s old and bored.

Boredom. Honestly with evidence as shaky as it is being portrayed on the news I would be bored out of my mind and would likely go to sleep.
