I believe the excessive use of technology especially having the phone in your back pocket has led us to have less face-to-face interactions which has reduced the quality of our relationships. Also, there's a growing trend towards individualism in many societies, where individuals prioritize personal goals and success over community well-being or group cohesion. For many corporate businesses its all about making profit than providing flexible working environment and hence most people spend more hours at work and with colleagues, than being at home.
Again, I believe ways to address these challenges is by allowing companies to design technology that enhances real-world interactions instead of replacing them. Encouraging local community building activities, like volunteer groups, clubs, or neighbourhood associations, to help people feel more connected to their local area and workplaces should implement policies that promote work-life balance, such as flexible working hours, telecommuting options, and ample vacation time, so people spend more time with family and friends.

in personal life we all have partners and family except the rare unhealthy families so we are connected.

the fix is if democrats would change to civil we would not need to fire back.
I don't think people were this disconnected when Trump was President or we would have talked about it like we are now.
President Biden said he was the great uniter, when in fact he is at the crux of the division of people in America 🇺🇸.
I'm not blaming it all on Biden, but when you're at the top, everything rolls down hill.
I don't know if it's too late, but people have got to start caring more about people. Sometimes people can just dismiss you from their life like you are a disposable eating utensil, and throw you away like you're nothing when they're done with you.
It seems like we aren't a group of people anymore, but more like too many different groups of people which is where the great divide is.
I believe people are just plain old scared. These are unusually difficult times we are living in. A lot of us don't know how we are going to survive inflation to the point of are we going to be able to afford to live anymore. I was just thinking about this before I came on here and I started feeling very scared.
