How do you feel about transgender "women" who went through puberty - have male muscular, etc. - competing at professional level against women?

Take as example Transgender swimmer Lia Thomas - I don't have the level to post links, so google.

"She" literally looks like a man because guess what - "she" decided "she" was a woman when "she" was past "her" puberty age. And while "she" has supposedly lost muscle mass - how much, who knows but likely little being an athlete - "she" still has a bonus of being much taller than the average female swimmer with a larger arm length for faster swimming, etc.

I point out trans women because there really is no sport where a woman thinking she is a man is going to be beneficial. Whereas men thinking they're women competiting against women 9 out of 10 times may have a benefit.

Trans-men are no threat to men whereas, trans-women are cheaters.

I'm also totally opposed to so-called trans-women (men) competing in women's beauty pageants. The contestants should be 100% natural women. No hormones or plastic surgery of any kind.

It depends on the sport and person, but for the most part it seems like a terrible idea.

As for someone like Lia Thomas? It is gross to me because they are aware of what they are doing. Sports is incredibly competitive and the people there have worked extremely hard to get where they are - you often need to be obsessive to win. Lia should have respected the female athlethes there by not partaking within their division.

Well, I imagine any trans person in Lia Thomas' situation would be put in a difficult position as an athlete for what to do. Any choice you make is going to suck for yourself, probably.

For Lia, I hope it was done due to unmalicious reasons, but it was still a terrible choice at the end of the day.

There's groups specifically for trans swimmers but she refuses to be a good sport. How is that not malicious or cheating

I think it most likely was done with malicious intent, but I could see how if it weren't.

A lot of transgenders want to blend in with the gender they identify with, so having their own division or joining the men's division would do the opposite. Anyway, I am bringing this idea up, as we do not know Lia personally, so I want to think of all possibilities.
