Should I switch to iPhone?

So currently I have an Android. My favorite phone of all time was the Google pixel 2 but I broke that phone and have the pixel 3 now which is an okay phone. I wanna switch but the pixels phones haven't been the greatest after the 2, and I was never a big fan of Samsung phones. So I have considered switching to iPhone. But I'm just not tryna get into the whole apple ecosystem if I switch plus I know I'ma miss out on some freedoms that Android has that apple doesn't. But I also know that there's tons of advantages on apple as well. My current phone is on its last legs so I need a new phone soon. Should I switch or maybe try another Android?

well… I think IOS is easier to use than android… but that’s my personal opinion with the experience I’ve had with both, but I’d say go for android if you’re more comfortable with that, since you already know you like it. or if you’re feeling more curious and adventurous then I’d say try an iPhone and see how it goes

I would never buy anything Apple. Not while they use unique connectors that are non standard. Too expensive for what you get, as well!

Oh yeah I forgot about that it'll be a pain in the ass but most of my immediate family has iphones now and I'm sure I could get an extra charger from them maybe

EU is about to bring in legislation to force all chargers and sockets to be USB-C!

Go with a Oppo, or Huawei if you want something different.

But your best bet is to walk into a phone shop and try the various phones physically. Rather than just rely on reviews.

You can also make your with open source like with Ubuntu Touch or LineageOS

Stay with an Android phone... your wallet will appreciate it. The latest Samsung phones are pretty good, but if you don't like Samsung, there are several other good manufacturers of Android phones.

I had an iPhone once and I hated it tbh. It seemed very restricted over other phones.

Yeah that's what I'm worried about, I feel like if you want everything to function smoothly you've gotta have all apple products , like send files from the phone to a regular PC instead of a Mac I feel like would be annoying
