I am talking about normal PC/laptop gaming, not Xbox or PS4/5 gaming. Even Android/iOS gaming can be considered in it.
Why do you use what you selected in the options?

I’ve always loved controllers. Every button is either at my fingertips, often literally. Keyboards have a more systematic layout than one designed for fun. One advance keyboards have however is having more buttons,(the keys), available, but that can easily be a double edged sword. The only reason I’d want a game for PC is if it will be popular with the modding community like the Elder Scrolls series. (This is all without mentioning the many complications of how well each individual computer can handle each game.)
Controller whether it be Xbox or Playstations. I just find controllers more comfortable and easier and for some reason mouse hurts if I was to play LoL for just one game that's enough for it to hurt. So just another reason I don't play LoL much. Or any game that needs a mouse really.
A mouse is statistically better in everyway though aka why you will see competitive players almost always use a mouse if they can.
I have a razer mouse with macros on the side and a gaming keyboard. I tried a pc controller and it's okay, but I only use it for certain games.
Keyboard. Controller feels weird but for racing games keyboard feels weird.
Exactly!

Controller... I have played games on the computer but those types of games seem made for the keyboard and mouse. I think I'd be hindered trying to play something like COD with a keyboard and mouse.
Yes, I am talking about CODM in Android. I do not like playing with bare hands that much. I think that playing with a controller supported by the game is more comfortable for hands than bare hands. What is your opinion on this one?
I really separate my phone from any sort of 'fun.' I just don't think it's wise use of a phone. I'd give up video games completely if that was my only option.
Yeah! I can understand that. That is why I am searching for good games on my laptop.
I myself do not prefer to play on Android that much. But I find it fun, only sometimes.
Keyboard and mouse all the way. If it's PC, the keyboard and mouse feels most natural and fun for me to use, and it doesn't feel like you're constantly holding something.
Moreover, all ten of your fingers are free to use.
Playing games on phone is something I also do not like that much, but Gameloop is not working in India, hence I need to resort to a PS4-compatible controller.
Depends on the game first person I tend to do mouse nd keyboard 3rd person over the shoulder controller
On Android, you can do both. Third person as well as first person. It is the mobile heat that bugs me. I am not comfortable with that.
And I got to know that CODM supports PS4 controller, hence I ordered it for its ergonomics too.
Mouse and keyboard for live baby, kicking controller's pathetic aim assist ass since it started. If i have to choose a controller so it will be the Xbox (PS fanatics have no idea that the latest controller is almost a copy of the xbox controller) but tell you that analogs are better on ps 🤣🤣🤣 What in the name of agronomy 😂
The only game I play is MS Solitaire, and I'm a champ!
Microsoft games are all time classics! Their simplicity cannot be replaced just like that.
Ever since I used a gaming mouse and keyboard and had time to adjust going to controller sucks.
Although the couch is nice and racing games on smash brothers is better on controller.
Maybe I just need a comftorble office chair
All of the above, PC gamers have some better benefits like modes. But you can always connect controllers to a PC, it really depends on the game, and the speed that is needed to trigger actions in the game, controllers can be faster, so you have an advantage when playing online for PC, but if you had to trigger the consumption of decoctions and cast signs simultaneously in the witcher 3 a keyboard is supposed to be faster because you can activate a key for each sign or potion, what not.
Depends on the game. Some games are better with a controller for me like Halo, GTA, Forza, and some others
Since I've always been a pc gamer and grew up gaming with mouse and keyboard, it's what feels the most natural to me.
Although there are some games, like FIFA, that have a better feel to it with a controler.
Strategy and RPGs you need a keyboard. Flight and Racing you need a controller
Thanks man. Cleared the confusion that I did not know I had. Thanks!
depends on the game, i'm fine with a keyboard and wayyyy good with a controller since i've been using them since i could walk
Depends on the game genre.
eg. Shooter are best with keyboard and mouse. While controller is best for platformers.
I use the computer keyboard for many things during the day, but for gaming I prefer a controller if I can use it.
M&K, especially if it’s an FPS or a vehicle game like War Thunder. Need all the keybinds I can get.
The options a keyboard provides are really amazing. I understand what you mean.
A controller, as keyboard and mouse is too chaotic
I never got the hang of keyboard and mouse controls. I also learned to appreciate console games more than PC games. So i’m a controller player.
Controllers are good as far as they go, but keyboard and mouse are more accurate and faster.
Android games I would pair with a controller. The games are simple and arcade so this should be sufficient.
Thanks!
Controller. NEVER a mouse and keyboard! I hate those for gaming!
I haaaaaate keyboard and mouse games when they're not a top-down l, side scroller, or maybe an MMO. I always set up a controller when I game on pc unless it's one of those three.
I use controller only for few games like Monster Hunter because I plyed the previous one on PSP and the PC controls are horrendous. Usually I prefer Keyboard and mouse.
