Should I let him pick me up?

Sooo.. Me and this guy have been messaging (I've met him online) and he asked me on a date. Initially I was going to meet him at the place, however, I am new in the city so I could get lost easily and I told him that. He offered to pick me up at my place. Should I say yes?

pick you up, well why? A women that is independent is valued more. Show that at first, dont risk him knowing where you live around. A lot of weirdos out there. And eventually once you know him enough he can pick you up.
