Why are some people so fixated on a baby's crotch?
What difference does it make?
I wanted a healthy baby. That's all.
As luck had it, my wife knew I had no interest in learning ahead of time the baby's gender.
She apparently asked at one of the ultrasounds but... LOL... the baby wouldn't comply. Moved in a position that made it impossible to tell.
Well the's baby was a girl. She's 11 now. And still just as stubborn.
I didn't care. If she had been born a boy instead I wouldn't have been any more pleased or any less pleased. It did not matter. And I am so puzzled as to why people make it such an issue.
You, for example, want a baby with a penis! I mean, that sounds so shallow! I really can't comprehend WHY. And if your baby is a girl will you be disappointed because she doesn't have the desired body parts? Something that isn't her fault? What gives?

Son, I play with them more now so I'm used to 'em. As cute as girls are they're handfuls,my sister was spending 30 minutes in front the closet at age 3 trying to figure out what to wear. Plus I never played with dolls really so aside from braids I probably can't do hair :x
As a first kid I'd want a son too, that way my second kid, which is hopefully a girl could have someone to look up to. I have an older brother, and I think he's the coolest even if he isn't around much since he moved out and all, but still.
I'd want 1 boy and 1 girl.
But as the first baby, I'd preferably want a son. I don't know why, but that's just my preference

I would seriously love a little daughter sometime, I think they're just the most adorable things ever. I always see parents with their daughter and it makes me smile, like yesterday in the doctor's office there was this one mother playing with her 2 year old daughter, she had the cutest blond hair and she was cuddling this little teddy bear... I seriously love that cuteness, I know I'm rambling but if I ever have a kid I want a daughter first.
Daughter. I so want to be that guy wrapped around his baby girl's little finger.
I would like to adopt a son and a daughter. I would adopt them when they are in their teens. Honestly, I could never have a baby of my own, or adopt a young kid, becuase I hate being around ltille kids. But it would be awsome to adopt a teen.
I want to have 1 boy and 1 girl but if I could only have one, I would prefer a son. Something about the father/son bond that I'd love to have.
If I ever have kids, idc I just want it to be healthy.
Daughter. :) Even though there's a correlation between raising daughters and having your marriage end in divorce. Girls are harder to raise.

I have a nearly perfect son. I'd have liked a second kid to be a daughter. It didn't happen.
Why one of both? I grew up with two brothers and missed having a sister.
