Would you walk around in just a towel in front of someone you just considered a friend?

I was spending time with a friend and she needed to get ready for an engagement but did not want me to leave. After she had showered she walked around her apartment in nothing but a towel. She kept drawing attention to the fact that she was in nothing but a towel and even asked if it made me uncomfortable. She seemed in no rush to get dressed either. I am quite bad at taking signals so do not really know what to make of the situation. Is this something that you would do in front of someone you just considered a friend?

It depends on a few factors, how long I've known them, how well I know them, what are my feelings for the person and the persons feelings towards me, and if I am comfortable enough to do so.

My best friend is a guy and we are roommates, and we can walk around the house naked and not think anything of it. Yes we have fooled around, but that is besides the point we only see each other as friends we have known each other for about a year now, and we know pretty much everything there is to know about each other, our feelings are mutal, I have more feelings for him than he does for me, and I am very comfortable knowing that this guy is respectful enough to never hit on a girl (the girls always have to hit on him) so I know even if I walk around naked he respects me enough not to read to much into it and not to try anything.

So maybe she is just comfortable and knows that you are a good enough friend to not try anything.

So I guess long story short yes I would.

I think she was trying to drop some type of hint because if she was making it really obvious and kept hanging around I'd say she wanted to get your attention. I just don't understand what type of attention she was asking for.. perhaps she also just wanted to see your reaction. Some girls like doing that especially if they're very sexual and want to get a confidence boos knowing they have some sort of "power". Sounds ridiculous but I have a female friend like that who I've seen would place herself in such situations to see the guys face and reaction .

Personally the only time I'd possibly imagine walking around in a towel is if I forgot my clothes in the bathroom or in my room and had to go back to get it but then I'd probably run and make it as snappy as possible and I'd apologize afterwards.

ive been in a towel in front of a lot of guys. sometimes I do it just to tease the guys, like with my dads friends. others I do it cause I want to see if he's interested. compliment her on her body and see how she takes it

I wouldn't care, as long as they are OK with it, hence why she asked you multiple times...so I'm guessing that she just didn't want you to be uncomfortable. There is a slight chance she meant it to be more than that, but I think in this case it's probably the other option.

I would take it as a girls that's a friend & felt safe enough & comfortable enough to wear just a towel.

She never let it slip, reach up or bend over so I would say there was nothing there.

I would not do that but some girls do it for an ego boost. Tread lightly with this one just in case she is not into you and leading you on for an ego boost. I am not saying she isn't, I am just saying be careful.

tbh, I have no idea. For her to do that in front of you though, she must be pretty damn comfortable with you. It would be quite a forward play though, if it was meant to get you to ask her out or something
