How can I tell if my boyfriends friend likes me or is to comfortable or just trying to be nice?

My boyfriend's friends been staying on the couch for a bit. This is been going on since him and his ex-girlfriend broke up he walks around in his towel in front of me when my boyfriend's at work he also dressed in the living room I'm up and cleaning. He also compliments me when I do my hair and my makeup where I look nice for the day and if he doesn't say anything he likes to be nosy and to see what I'm doing makeup and hair wise. He also offers to do our laundry and clean our apartment. He also asked if he can help take care of her 5 month old. And he always ask if I want snacks or something to drink if he goes out. Which makes me very confused because I would not be his type he likes skinnier girls and I'm a little thicker than what he is used to.

But you can analyze it to death and never know for sure unless he tells you. But I'm curious why he's always there doing all this stuff? That in itself is very unusual as most guys don't do this. But if you're uncomfortable or whatever, talk to him and/or your boyfriend.

So id say he is probably trying to be nice to show u he is thankful for having him
But the part where he walks around in his towel when ur boyfriend is out makes me quesion his manners...

I'm gonna suggest that you set clear boundaries with the guy, and if he continues on his behavior, then let your boyfriend know about it. Sounds like he's making a move.
