Girls: What does ''got lost in his eyes'' mean? (guys can answer too)

I've heard many girls say they ''got lost in a guy's eyes'' before. Obviously they were saying this about a guy they liked. But what on earth does it mean? And how do you get lost in a guy's eyes? Is it something to do with the guy holding eye contact with you?

yes, it does deal with maintaining eye contact.  when you look into his eyes...sounds, movements, everything disappears except for that connection between you. we might even forget to breathe...haha. eyes are so hypnotizing...
