How do I ask cute cashier girl out or know if she is avaliable ?

Hey I need your help. There is a girl that works as a cashier and she seems to be a bit shy. I have seen her (and she has seen me) twice and the second time I was there I gave her a note that said: "add me on Facebook, I want to get to know you" and then my name. I didn't want to give her my phone number because why would she call or text someone she doesn't know ? So on Facebook she can get to know me what I like etc. But she didn't add me and it gets me frustrated. My question is should I go back there and ask what time she is finishing work or what should I do ?

Asking when she's finishing work is really creepy, sorry, but after the note, she'll think you are trying to murder her or something haha. If she didn't add you chances are she's not interested, I'm sorry. You shouldn't go back there to see her because she'll be uncomfortable with that, but if you happen to see her accidentally just be friendly but don't mention the Facebook thing. If a guy gave me a note and I liked him, I'd add him or be very friendly/smiley when I see him next, despite being shy. Otherwise I'd be awkward and avoid him if I am not interested. If she pretends not to see you, she's not interested.

the thing is that its a very busy place and talking to her is nearly impossible and I didn't want to embarres her in front of everybody. I gave her my Facebook because she maybe can see who I am etc and the reason I didn't give her my number is because why would she call someone she doesn't know ?

When you are buying something you can make small chat and then eventually you would have "talked" to her enough to be a regular, I think since she's so busy, a random person giving her a note may have freaked her out a bit. I suggest you stay away a bit and then when you see her just smile and be polite. If she's interested she'll indicate it somehow.

didn't mean to report the latest answer, my bad :) thanks for the answer but the thing is that since she didn't add me it would be kinda awkward standing there, and I am not a very "talking" person how should I make up something to talk about so fast ? :) thank you all for the answers :)

Just be like HI and if there's time say "nice day" or "its cold out today" regular customer talk she's used to and then go about your day, don't stalk her haha

Might want to back off. Asking someone you really don't know to add you on FB isn't really cool. She denied the request based on that alone. Trying to make small talk to break the ice would have been better.
