Are you both in a position to pursue a relationship? If she's really tied up with work she may not be able to give you all the time you need in a relationship. Texting isn't something you want to go off of at all. Its so emotionless and it can be difficult to figure out if you're annoying the person etc. Go off of the time you spend together. Here is my situation it's quite close to yours!
So this guy and I have been seeing each other (not boyfriend and girlfriend just dating getting to know each other) He lives an hour away and comes to this city for work. So I only see him once a week. I used to be a little disappointed when I would go a day or two without talking to him since texting is all we have. I began thinking oh god maybe he doesn't like me...but You know you have a connection with someone when you can go a week without seeing each other in person and everything was as if you saw them all week. We have the best time together and I enjoy his company immensely. As time goes on you over think and that's what I used to do. Until I sat back and was like I'm going to let this go where it goes.
I would ask her like this "What day are you free next week?" if she says I don't know I'll get back to you. And then she doesn't get back to you. I would assume its just casual flirting and its best you move on :) If she says I'm actually not free this week and doesn't give you any other days she is free then reply with "Okay, well let me know when you have a free day :)" and now the ball is in her court. You did your part!
Some women like to just casually flirt back and forth because its fun. If she hangout with you, cool. If not don't text or ask her to do anything anymore and let it fizzle out on its own.
It's all about conversation. You need to imply it and make it clear on what you want to know. It is sort of unsettling not knowing if it she likes you or not but if you don't ask you won't ever know. Lead up to the conversation, maybe talking about the times she did feel interest in you.
