Is my boyfriend too clingy and needy?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 2 weeks and a half now and yes everything is going great. Although my friends keep saying that he is too clingy and needy, as he text's me all the time when I'm out with my friends. He never stops hugging me and kissing me when I'm spending time with him he will never leave me alone for a few minutes, as when I'm even making a drink or something to eat he will come behind me and hug me from the behind. He always goes in a mood when I'm out with my guy friends and when I'm out he always asks me when I'm going to be going home.

I don't know if its just me or is he too clingy and needy?

Please anyone give your opinions on this, it will be very much appreciated. Thankyou

It doesn't matter what your friends think, they aren't the ones who have to go out with the guy. What's important is whether you personally dislike the behavior or if you're OK with it.

It may also be because it's early in the relationship, so he's just naturally going to be excited about you.

It sounds really sweet to me, but the "when are you coming home" is rather clingy. It's probably the age, tell him what's nice and what's too much and hope he pays attention.

Everyone has views on clingyness and relationships. Personally to me that is ok if he does all that because it shows he loves and cares for me. I also do the same so I guess I could be considered a clingy person too lol. If it bothers you then talk to him politely about it.

If you think he's too clingy or needy, he deserves another woman that will appreciate and luv his affectionate behavior.
