Why does he stare into my eyes for like 4-5 seconds with a blank expression? whats it mean?

Its been so many times that he would look into my eyes with a blank expression everytime we look the same way just wonder what it means?

He stares into my eyes everytime we walk past each other once i felt he was looking so i turned to face him and he just looked straight into my eyes for a good 5 seconds before he turned around and walked out the door

It's a sign of attraction. He wants to gauge your reaction. Do you reciprocate? If you have a blank expression on your face then he may not be able to read you. Maybe smile at him, or let him catch you starring at him.

Oh i did smile but he just kept staring i was walking so i looked away

Eye contact is the key here. Guys don't make eye contact with a girl for 4-5 seconds if they are not attracted to her. Its a very intimate gesture and is one of the strongest non-verbal signals you can give to someone to indicate how you feel. I can't explain why he has a blank expression but I would say its a safe bet to assume attraction on his part.

Well, not all men are the stereotypical confident guys, he's probably too nervous or shy. If he is a confident dude, he probably has figured he couldn't get far in a conversation with you (nothing in common, etc.)
