A easy answer to your question is if a guy is focusing all his attention onto you and is focusing on trying to talk to you as much as he can clearly he is interested into you other than friendship.
Normally a guy interested is going to keep the conversation going as long as possible and try to even keep you interested. A guy is very simple normally like take for example when a guy talks to another guy it's a simple conversation, nothing lasts over 30 minutes for most normal guys.
