He always jokingly scares me. Like he sneaks up, on me and will playfully touch me, or cover my mouth jokingly or tickles my sides, and then asks if he scared me, while he's smiling. He's always playfully touching me on a daily basis. He's also jokingly asked me to marry him and in the background his friends were like "will you go out with me?" And he says hi in the halls And notices me everywhere. He likes making me laugh and we joke a lot. I'm just not sure if he's being friendly or what because he does this to other girls as well (me more than others, at least I think). And when I'm upset he asks what's wrong and will hug me. Also for a school play, every once in a while, he'll put an arm around me (even though he's not directed to) But he seems to be an outgoing and funny, touchy-feely kind of guy, all the way around, so I'm not sure if that's just his way of being friendly or flirty. I might be overthinking it.
