Nothing? My veins POP. They get huge sometimes, mostly when I am hot or was just working out but they always pop. I workout everyday and it just means he has a low fat percentage and is healthy. (Males have the layers of skin, veins, fat, muscle and females have a layer of fat over the veins so that is why it doesn't pop as much)
I have never done drugs, don't smoke, drink... Nothing attributes to it but being lean healthy and active.
Doesnt mean he is doing drugs, it could be the case, working out will do it...

gyming could also reveal it a bit more as you're toning up you body they become more visible.
if you ask me..some visible veins are sexy!

It does not mean he is on drugs first off, and second it is common with guys who are athletic..play sports or work out..No worries.

Am a football player myself and am 6'1" and I do not do drugs and my arms look like these.
It has nothing to do with doing drugs. When I was young and working construction jobs, my arms looked like a roadmap of veins. It was due to a combination of my being slim and extremely fit.
If your worried about drugs look for track marks; some people have just have bulgy veins.
It means he's both trim and muscular, most likely. It doesn't have to be while lifting weights, and it doesn't mean that he's doing drugs.
All it means, is that his veins pop out. Honestly. You''re girlfriend is stupid.
It may be because he works out. The drugs he's taking are called steroïds and they make people gain more muscle, but the effects are devastating and it's an easy way.
