When someone calls and doesn't say anything, what does that mean?

I broke things off with a particular guy about two weeks ago and he still hasn't called or said anything to me. I also broke things off with another guy two months ago and he hasn't called either. So do you think it could be either of them calling and breathing on my phone? If so does that mean they miss me or want to talk to me but simply can't find the words to say?

Maybe its just a person with the wrong phone number...you never know. I sometimes think my ex calls me or have other people call me from different numbers.

But honestly, I used to call me ex private just to see if he had same number and because I missed him. He called me back private sometimes...lol...hahahahahha

Thats funny I have done that to one of them and I was thinking he was just doing it back to me but there's no way for me to know because the number was blocked.. LOL
