You'll have to do an exercise montage.
Seriously though, if you're not losing weight even though you are working out a lot, it could be your diet which is the problem.
Maybe you don't eat a lot but you eat all the wrong things. Sugary drinks, energy drinks, diet soda's, salty foods, sugary foods all make you fat. Although these are ok as an occasional treat meaning once or twice a month, if they work their way into your regular diet then you are screwed.
A balanced, healthy diet and lots of WATER to drink (not coke, diet coke, fruit juice or alcohol) will get you on the right track.
Another great way to lose weight is to go on a program like Herbalife. Specifically Herbalife actually because that one is the most successful.

Train with weights as well as doing cardio, doing just ab workouts will do nothing, it really wont. Eat cabs after a workout and high protein before, cut out all snacks, and don't eat bread or sweet things, train for one hour 3 times a week and cardio once a week, having rest days in between. To motivate yourself, get a picture of a body close to what you want to look like and pin it up on your wall, have lots of them, and this will motivate you daily, and you will see change in about 6 weeks, x
Do it for yourself and no one else. Understand that it will take time. Throw away the stupid scale. Don't miss your workouts. Don't say you deserve a treat for working out...you dont. Get a schedule and stick to it. Look for the positives that come with it and forget the negatives. Push yourself harder everyday! You can do it! So do it! Good luck!

You can do it if you want to. It takes motivation, www.cnn.com/.../...uth-texas-weight-loss.ktvt.html
It will happen mostly through small changes in diet and some moderate exercise. If you stick to 1300-1500 calories a day (plus veggies whenever you want) and walk everyday, it will come off. This is the way I lost weight. The best advice I can give you in snippet form is to take things one day at a time.
You'll literally have to re-commit yourself to the process on a daily basis, which may seem daunting, but in reality it's a little freeing. It just means that all you gotta focus on is what you need to do TODAY in order to progress toward your goal.Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was your future fucking ripped body.
Eat healthy and stick to a workout regiment.
Persistence is key.Eat small meals incorporate lots of fruits and veggies and avoid the added sugars and simple carbs. And make sure you put in time for cardio everyday. As we all know your metabolism slows down, so you have to watch your diet even more. You can do it!
