I massage my biceps and stuff and flex in between sets and exercises to get rid of certain kinds of acid that build up and hinder progress and growth then I take a super hot shower and smoke my briar wood pipe or cigar afterwards its fantastic.

I use a foam roller and do stretches post workout. The muscles ache the next day yes but that's a good feeling :D I work out pretty intense - not growing any younger and I have a timeline set for results :D

No. I don't like massages. But I do some stretching.
Massaging yourself during a workout is actually proven to increase circulation to the muscles resulting in faster recovery and muscle growth.

Do you massage yourself? You would have to get someone to do it for you but that costs money lol
I much prefer to have someone else massage me.
