you can definitely start by cooking your own meals and sticking to a natural foods diet. keep processed foods at the bottom of your list. and slowly work into exercises, like power walking then jogging and swimming. if you want to get into weight lifting you should find a friend who can show you the ropes.

U can try when you get out I know it's hard because you just work all day and u sit down all day so u gain weight
Try working out when you get out and make ur meals ahead of time
For the whole week , take healthy snacks
