No. You will not lose stomach/side fat. Your stomach may SEEM to look flatter from not eating, but once you eat/drink you'll realize it was just water weight. The only place you will visibly see a difference is your boobs will reduce in size & deform and your cheeks will look sunken in. I see you're under 18 so everything everyone will say you will ignore because the thought of being "fat" is horrid and you need a quick fix. Well that just doesn't work. Target train your core & abs by working out and eat healthy. That doesn't mean "I'll start tomorrow" and eat chips or sweets. I've been where you are and almost died. I dropped to 100.8lbs and I'm 5'2". I went from being a 36C to a 34A. I looked like death, tore cartilage from my rib & sternum (twice), constantly lose clumps of hair including eyelashes TO THIS DAY, and my heart almost gave out.
I was told horror stories during that time and would laugh & say, "Whatever they don't get it" or get angry for being told these things. NOT EATING IS NOT WORTH LOSING A FEW POUNDS.

No if you stop eating your body will want to actually make more fat sometimes and your metabolism will slow down and will not help burn calories. So... not that I'm a doctor or anything but I'd say eat healthier portions of food through the day like eat like a Queen in the morning. Eat as much healthy things in the morning in appropriate portions, snack around 10 to 11, eat a healthy brunch/lunch, snack again around 2-3 and then eat a lighter diner meal around 5-6 but try not to eat a lot after 7. If you do eat later than that eat a light snack. Also drink lots of water throughout the day and do workouts that focus on your core and obliques which will help out.

7. You are yet young and hence you may have a high metabolic rate where you can burn up those handles faster than someone much above that age group :)

DON'T forget intense regular exercises and watching your diet, once those handles are gone then you can relax a bit on your diet but not give up on exercises :)
If you stop eating you'll lose weight slower and slower because your metabolism rate will slow down. Fasting every once in a while is one thing, but to outright stop eating actually isn't that great for weight loss.
If you really want to get rid of your love handles just keep track of how much you eat and do cardio. Instead of stopping yourself from eating you just need to burn off what you eat.

Since you're under 18, join your school's track team. Running/sprinting burns fat like nothing else. It increases your metabolism and combined with a low carb/moderate protein you will both lose fat and get a great body after words. If you only diet, you're not going to like the way you look afterwards but running will fix that
In the short term yes (it will be a slow process though because your body will cling to everything it has to keep you alive), but eventually you'll have to eat to survive and they'll come back twice as fast as they left. Diet an exercise is the only way!
No it won't and at your age weight loss is tricky. If you want I can give you a basic battle plan but I need your weight and height for a start.
Erm... I think the only thing that will get rid of target fat is liposuction.
It's a lot less expensive then is used to be, but I've heard if you don't change your diet the fat just comes back and this time it grows in new strange places. Might be a rumor, I don't knowNo.

You will lose muscle mass... not fat.If you stop eating, you'll lose all your love handles after you die from malnutrition and rot away underground in a coffin.
Pick one day out of the week not to eat and stick with that day for six months while excercising and you will begin to see a difference in two weeks
