How can I stop from sweating so much?

My armpits and my butt sweat. A LOT. I've tried a lot of things and have recently gotten this new deodorant (about 3 weeks ago) called Mitchum, only to find out that it doesn't work. This is really hurting my self esteem because I can t wear shirts with sleeves anymore. Somebody please help :(

Well here is the thing some people sweat more than others. I know how you feel but you should not really try to stop it because when you sweat your body realises things that need to come out, i think salts in your body and stuff like that. Antiperspirant deodorants in my opinion are bad because they stop you sweating. Here is some things you can try, you can go to your doctor as they maybe able to give you advice and you can look at what your clothes are made of. You will sweat less if you are wearing natural materials this includes cotton, wool and stuff like that because natural materials breath much easier. If your clothes are polyester or other un natural materials you will sweat more because they do not breath. If you think about how your body works you can understand why this would be the case. The human body cools itself by sweating and then the air comes and cools your down while the seat evaporates, if the air can not get to your body (because of unnatural materials) you over heat and your body will sweat more in efforts to cool you down.

Try Certain Dri or Sweatblock. Both can be found on amazon. My buddy swears by Certain Dri. You must follow the instructions though.

Sweating a lot is actually good for ur health like removing toxins just that odor is the problem but make sure u wear cotton clothes and white color ones not black to avoid swearing due to heat and a reminder for good -watch out for the aluminum in deodorants like Nivea black and white? Recently I found out that aluminum causes female breast cancer.

What part I my question do you not get? I DON'T CARE IF SWEATING IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. It leaves HUGE pit stains on my shirts and it looks AND smells disgusting. I'm 13, I get really self concious avout this stuff and I just want it to stop. I have tried nearly everything on the market and even my Mom is looking for ways to help me! So if you're just going to waste my time, don't bother answering my question.

Well, you could go to a doctor but that's pricey. The Only thing I could think of is hand sanitizer. I heard it's a good tip for not sweating during polygraphs so maybe give it a try.
