Technically, yes. When blood isn't where it's supposed to be, it can disrupt normal function. In the ear, it could also cause auditory hallucinations. Usually, when such an issue with blood happens (e. g. stroke in auditory cortex or other infarction or clot), there's an underlying physiology that if caught early, can more than likely be treated.

No.. it would take damage to your eardrum /inner ear to become deaf. I doubt blood or liquids that aren't acidic would cause many problems other than some irritation.

I honestly don't think so unless it clogs the ear, and blocks nerves from being sent through the audio nerve that translates noise to sound in your brain. But otherwise I don't think so
