How To Get Skinny Legs WITHOUT muscles? Guys Who Work Out Help Me Out?

I'm 5'0" and 21. My thighs are thick with a bit fat in them. They are muscular :(

well not that fit like hers but closer. And i want them to look like this :

I'm afraid that if i exercise (wrong kind of exercises) I'll end up looking like a body builder. i don't want anymore muscles. I want muscles to go away. I want to be finally able to wear skinny jeans!

what should i do? what would my diet be? And how can i exercise to get legs like that?
