Milk is actually not good for you. It does not mean you should stop drinking it but get your calcium from other places like yoghurt, cheese, etc. Stretch a lot, I did the following exercises for 1 week and I grew a little taller:
Downward dog
Hamstring stretch (Sit on the floor and stretch to your feet without bending your knees. Hard to explain, easy enough to do)
Reaching stretch (?), practically the same hamstring stretch but standing up. Good luck and let me know the results!

I hear ancient torture techniques where they'd put you on a table, tie your wrists and ankles to a pulley system, and then turn a crank to pull to tear your arms and legs out of their sockets often resulted in stretching the vertebra and adding an inch or so... give it a try and let us know how it works.
haha i've never heard from it but being tall isn't all fun.
It hurts like shit when you're growing too fast, and i've got some problems in my shoulders with it.
Don't know your length but it's probably not so bad ;D
