How can I manage eating well and loosing weight with working fulltime?

I was working 2 jobs around 42 or more hours a week of work for the past four months and I've gained weight, haven't gotten to the gym. As someone new to the workforce, how do I manage my time so I'm being healthy instead of eating kind of healthy and just avoiding the gym.
