How can I manage eating well and loosing weight with working fulltime?
TIPS?
Take some time to plan ahead. Choose specific days to shop and chop (1-2x per week). This is where you do your shopping for the week and then prepare some chopped veggies, grilled or baked salmon and chicken, lentil soups, hommade simple salad dressings and quinoas/rice for the week.
Then make sure you have Tupperwares for storage and transportation and a lunch bag. This makes it easy to grab and go. You can make a salad for lunch in moments if you throw some greens, avocado, baked salmon, and chopped veggies in a Tupperware and out some homemade dressing in a smaller Tupperware.
Believe it or not, eating more frequently is important as long as it's healthy, whole foods. Your metabolism likes small, frequent meals.
Consider learning to make superfood smoothies or investing in a delicious green powder that you can make on the run by throwing it along with some coconut water and almond milk in a shaker bottle. Nutrious, fulfilling and delicious.

Making a plan and then sticking to it is really essential to your long term success, so again, plan ahead and make eating well throughout the dat a priority.

I would start bringing lunch to work that way you have more control over what you eat. Make sure to pack it the night before. As for working out, figure out a time in your schedule where you can fit it in. If you can't fit in an entire workout in one session, you can break it up, such as 15 minutes in the day and 15 minutes at night.
eat food that keeps you interested otherwise you'll never keep your diet... just cut down the portions you eat, between 75% or 50%
