I've also been doing archery since I was 13 years old, which I found has contributed a lot to the muscles I have at the moment, yet had to quit with this too due to said growth issue ( I grew much from 16 to 19 and I think I will maybe grow one more inch but this should be the end).
So, judging by my picture, should I start to work out again?
I want to stay lean but would like to be able to pull back 70 lbs on a so called "compound bow", which requires much more strength than pulling this weight back on an English longbow.
And girls, what do you think of my physique?
