For me I don't think its the hours. I think its when I wake up. For example if I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am I'll feel 'off' but if I sleep at 2am and wake up at 10am I feel great. Waking up late is what makes me upbeat even if I sleep at 5am and wake up at 10am I'll be fine but if I was to sleep for 5 hours and wake up at like 6am I wouldn't be happy. I can survive on one hour of sleep if it's waking up late. I know it's weird but that's how I am. I guess I'm just not an early person even though most days I have to wake up early

6 or 8 is fine with me, unless I have slept 4 hours every day for the past week, that's when my brain tends to shut down
At least 30 minutes. But I can only do this once, after that, I need 7-8 hours of sleep. Usually need 7 every other day.
7+ hours. I usually get around 6. Sometimes less because I'm a light sleeper no matter how tired I am.

Ummmm a day? About 5-6 hours is all I need. I mean I feel much much much better if I sleep longer though.
Lately, I have been sleeping a lot! I attribute it to 'winter blues.
I sleep like 8-10 hours but I need to cut that time into 6-7 hours because I neeed to move on in life and not just waste my 10hours sleeping in a day.
I need at least 8-9 hours to function well. If I only get even 7 hours I can't function well.. haha
At least 5 hours, I can function great with a solid five.
Personally, I need a week.
I would like 9-10 hours personally
