pushups. I can only do 30 without stopping my arms get tires

I have two 10pound dumbbells I was gonna do 50and both arms
and my friend has a bench he said I could use.
my diet I was only gonna. Drink water and tea. And eat only twice a day. Or soup. The food I was gonna eat was like subway and salas and baked chicken. Is that a good diet.
