you won't notice anything for the first month... this is why most people quit, keep at it and you will notice the results, the best way is to take a before and after picture since you look in the mirror everyday you won't notice shit

About 12 weeks. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll see it soon enough. Though I do recommend adding resistance/weight training to your routine (at least 30mins and before cardio). Good luck:)
yes, a month is the minimum and eating 1500 cal in a whole week is suicide. You need around 1500 to 2000 a day

Have some patience... 3-4 kg is not less... maybe in one or Two months you will see the difference...
