Good tips for hair growth?

I'm half black so my hair is really puffy and curly. I've been trying to grow out my hair for the longest but it always stops growing up to my chest. Does anyone know any good tips or products I could use to make it grow?

Eat more of proteins; omega 3 fatty acids to be precise... nuts like walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, seasame seeds are excellent sources...
Massage your scalp with coconut oil, or seasame seed oil, or almond oil and leave it overnight.. they will improve your hair texture too...
From my personal experience, rinsing washed hair with one-third part white vinegar and two-third part water really helps tame frizzy hair, also good for hair growth... apple cider vinegar apparently works even better!
