My sleeping has been shitty lately. Since I switched 2 different medications. I have a hard time talking myself into going to sleep around 10pm. I'm naturally a super hyper person. Like I seem like I'm on a coffee high 24/7.
I switched between to positions depending on how my stomach feels. I normally try to just sleep on my back. I seem to get a better quality of sleep when I do that. If my stomach isn't feeling to happy I will sleep on my sides. Bad thing about that is it murders the muscle from my shoulder to my neck. Also i started sleeping with a pillow in between my legs. Plus I've also noticed if you feel sick at your stomach a pillow between your legs and on your lower stomach helps it feel better. Then making the sick feeling go away faster.
I use 2 blankets 1 a comforter and bed sheet. I always have to have my fan running at night. In the winter I use a heater so my room isn't an ice box. Summer I have my ceiling fan on high. My door is always closed when I sleep because I'm paranoid, lol. I can't sleep in a hot room that makes me wake up.
Types of cloths depends on how cold it is. I normally just wear a t-shirt and shorts. In the summer I might just sleep in my undies if it's super hot.

It takes me forever to get to sleep most nights- I've never been able to fall asleep easily.
My sleep schedule is wildly unpredictable, and I wouldn't be surprised if I had some sort of problem with my internal clock- I seem to be set up for a 25 or 26 hour day, and I just sort of stay up later and later until I reset. The most common time for me to go to sleep is between 3 and 6am, and wake up around noon-1pm. I need a solid 8 hours on average to be functional.
I used to sleep wearing boxers, but over the last couple years I've been sleeping naked. Now it feels weird to wear clothes.
I can't sleep without blankets, partly because it's freaking cold, and partly because they're cozy.
My room is much colder than I'd like. I use a mattress warmer jacked up to maximum so I don't freeze to death. My body produces very little heat compared to most people

I just sleep like straight like a plank looking at the wall hahaa. well at least I go to sleep like that and wake up in a different position maybe. been bedding it earlier lately, like 9:20ish. and its kinda hot now so I got 1 thin blanket that's covering only half my body with the fan blowing at my legs.
I usually sleep on my front even though my boobs are on the bigger side...
The length of time it takes to fall asleep depends on how much I have in my mind. The more in my mind, the longer it takes.
I tend to go to bed between 11 and 11:30, unless I fall asleep on the couch (and this happens often), then I will stumble through half asleep at about 1a. m.
I wear pjs. I have kids, so naked isn't really an option for me. Plus, I like feeling cozy.

GAG slumber party!I used to ONLY be able to sleep on my stomach, but now that I have two cats and a great dane that sleep with me, I just curl up in whatever small portion of my twin bed that I am allotted. I can fall asleep in the car, but I have to curl up or recline my seat really far back. I can very rarely sleep without a blanket unless I'm curled into a ball to stay warm.
I actually have a really hard time falling asleep if the TV is on and I like to curl up in the blankets, so the room has to be cold. I always sleep with the fan on and sometimes the window open. I am a night owl, so the earliest I go to sleep is 10, but usually it's not until between 12-1. Unfortunately, I have to be at work by 8, so coffee is my best friend in the AM :)

I don't really notice my position, I can actually sleep in any position and I don't realize when I fall asleep after I go to bed (maybe it's because I take a while to sleep). I go to bed very late, never before midnight, generally not before 1 or 2 AM. My country is hot, so I can sleep without blankets and I sleep in a warm room.

I basically sleep like that, couldn't afford a bed so i bolted a chain to my walls.I lay on my right side, fan hitting me in the back of my head. With ny remote controls in front of me and my phone alarm set. Then when I actually lay down to sleep things pop in my head I don't want to think of so I have to clear my mind to go to sleep.
