I'm not sure about the exact way to get it but I'd suggest keep going :) Thank god you're not one of those girls dieting for a thigh gap or to be super skinny. You have to get a gym membership. There is no other way around it. That's like trying to get a surgery without going to the Hospital. Shop around, you can easily find a deal. You are only 16 so you can go to your local YMCA for super cheap, talk to your parents about it. When I was 17 I would bike to my YMCA because I didn't have a car, work out, drink my little protein shake and bike back home lol.

Ya go to YMCA! It's unbelievably cheap, maybe your family already has some family package or something. Call them up and ask, talk to your parents about it. Go get the body you want, be a fucking legend!

If you have trouble gaining weight, you should see your doctor to rule out any medical problems first. He or she can also offer the best advice on gaining muscle for your specific needs.
Eat lots of protein and take supplements if you have to! And of course lots of working out =]

The girl in the picture does weight training with a stronger focus on lower body than upper. It's pretty much impossible to build that kind of lower body muscle mass without access to a lot of weight, because you will need to constantly challenge your strength with low rep sets, and keep increasing the weight as you grow stronger. You can get good results at home with minimal equipment, but you won't be able to add substantial mass to your lower body like the girl in the picture.
Also it's going to take WAY longer than 2 months.
