I am 79pounds don't know how to gain weight๐ฃ๐
The exercise regimen detailed in the diagram is focused on toning/weight loss. If you want to be able to gain weight, and have a portion of that weight come from muscle mass, you'll HAVE to start lifting weights. No way around it. And you'll have to eat LOTS of food. Also, you need to understand that if muscle gain is your goal you won't see significant results over the course of two months. Most pro bodybuilders go through bulk cycles that last 12 weeks where they bust their asses and eat 5000-6000 calorie a day diets and even then they maybe only gain about 5 lbs of actual muscle, if that. The rest of the weight gained comes from fat which they then have to lose.
Stay away from any workout that is aimed at/targeted at women. Because women don't typically have weight gain as a goal, or muscle gain, they're usually focused at the exact opposite: Weight loss/toning. And they do nothing to increase functional athletic ability in most cases. You want to stick to workouts that are aimed at/marketed at men or are unisex in nature. Anything that is obviously specifically marketed towards women you NEED to stay away from.
Yes, also check out Bodybuilding. com read everything, read Jamie Easton's articles she's legit af. Check out the exercise guides, like Squats and lunges. Lift heavy!
Yes. They do seem to be good work-outs, but those are only meant to tone you, not give you muscle.
You need to lift weights for that (I believe) and also eat protein. Don't do that protein powder: I'm talking about eggs and the like.
Ugggh you mean like crack a egg in a glass and drink it?
No... lol. I mean like eating scrambled eggs.
Ohh sorry i saw it on the movies
American football or EU football (soccer) ? It requires a different physique.

do the 30 day shred and eat lots of protein!
She's looking to prepare for joining a football team. A weight loss program for a girl who's already petite is not the answer here.
im a very skinny girl and i did the 30 day shred and gained lots of muscle... just telling her my experience
You revealed the muscle you already had. You didn't gain muscle. 30DS is a weight loss program. And it's scientifically impossible to gain muscle while in a calorie deficit. You're either losing fat or building muscle. It's not scientifically possible to do both.
Yup, they look like great workouts :)
Thank you sooooo much๐๐๐๐๐๐
Yeah they are good.
Thank you soon much๐๐๐๐๐๐
