Does anyone here suffer from cystic acne?

Follow Nina and Randa on YouTube. They're twins who both used to suffer from severe cystic acne and cured it with diet and natural products. I never had cystic acne, but following their advice has made my skin very clear. My boyfriend does have acne though, and he got rid of it for a while, but he stopped following it and it came back. So it definitely works, diet plays the largest role in skin health.
I have had a lot of them all my life and when facing them I just wash them clean and use benzoyl peroxide or just simple pangel ( it's a cream with a blue colored tube ) it really helps me to get them gone for good
My entire back is covered in cysts. I can't sleep on my back because it would wake me up if they got irritated. I'm taking doxycycline tetetrenoin and some third gel drug by my dermatologist but it's not helping. He keeps recommending I go on Acutane but that can have huge psychological side effects that I can't afford to have with college.
I would change your bed sheets often or at least sleep with a clean shirt on. I get bad acne if I sleep on the bed sheets since the oil on them ruins my skin.
Changing my whole diet got rid of the problem for the most part. I also use this milk cleanser by juice beauty to wash my face and I use coconut oil to moisturizer my face and that helps a lot for me. One of the few things that doesn't irritate my face.
Thank you. I hope it's gotten better.

I still do sadly ;_; it's best not to find a way to cover it up but to figure out why
For me my doctor told me to drink more water, use a face wash, and less grease food
No but is it painful? I have never heard of this
