Anyone want to share their healthy smoothie recipes?

I do not want recipes that will aide in weight gain. I am looking for recipes that include the following in EVERY smoothie.

Category 1: A Liquid Base of water (including coconut water), organic dairy milk or non-dairy milk.

Category 2: Proteins like non-fat greek yogurt, unsweetened (whey) protein powder (I know absolutely nothing about these), etc.

Category 3: High Fiber Fruits and Vegetables like apples, pears, berries, etc.

Category 4: Healthy Fats (nuts, seeds, etc)

Category 5: Accent Ingredients like vanilla, cinnamon, mint, ginger, etc.

I need them to be less than 350 calories. Thank you!
