In my experience weightloss-plans are usually way too extreme and not adaptable to each individual... and the pills, i'm not gonna even try to explain (lmao).
Similar to what "azara" told you:
First you must know how disciplined you are to be able to strictly follow your designated daily caloric-intake you set for yourself.
Second you need to determine your daily caloric-maintenance level (I could do it aswell with alittle bit more information: level of activity (0-10);).
when you have your daily caloric-maintenance level you try to eat less calories than that number during your day. The amount of calories less depends on how disciplined you think you are. The bigger the amount the harder it will be, but results will show faster.
For beginnings i would always recommend to go -100 and slowly ramp up to -250 over the course of a few weeks to acomodate the new lifestyle... Good Luck :)

First you're going to do a colon cleanse so your body can start to absorb food the right way. Next you're going to wake up early in the morning because that's just what you do!! You're going to squat 3 times a week! You're going to compare your squats weekly. Don't up your reps only up your weight. You keep that heart rate high and I promise you that you will feel better and enjoy life more. That's all that really matters.
