I just want to be happy and healthy. I've lost a lot of weight (after gaining it for a medical reason) and am trying to tone up now. I do have some Fitspiration goals that I'll get to once I'm happy and healthy again. :)
Fitspiration goal: Be able to do some amazing yoga poses. I'm flexible but not THAT flexible or balanced

Mine are very personal
While I'm still really skinny (135pounds) I used to be 108 at 5'9" everyone used to give me shit and say that I was on crack and heroin. My life as a skinny guy was hell and everyone humiliated me because of it I want to get bigger so that people stop saying I'm on heavy drugs because I feel a lot of shame that people see me that :/
This, my goal is the same level as Michael Matthew, it will take years, and years but it will be worth it in the end, plus I am going to school to be a professional trainer so I need to be healthy and fit.

I want to have a flatter stomach, better butt, great flexibility, and be able to run at a decent pace for an hour. And there's a local hike that I want to be able to complete without having to take a break or struggle too much. I'm not in the greatest shape right now, but I'm getting there!
I always get told I'm thin (In middle school people called me toothpick), and I get dirty looks when I say I'm insecure about my body. (Which I don't do often)
My only fitness goals are to be in shape, and to eat healthier because I find that I more unhealthy food I eat, the worse I look in general. (I get acne, I bloat, etc)
I KNOW I can achieve my "fitness goals" with a little bit of work. :)To have lean muscles and a well-toned body with six pack. Although I am physically fit but I am nowhere near a toned body and a six pack, but my goal is to get there one day. Hopefully, the day comes soon
I'm fine with how my body looks, my only goal is to maintain a healthy weight and reasonably healthy lifestyle so I can feel good, look good and keep up with my every day life.

I used to play soccer professionally but that was when i wore young mans clothes. I would love to get back into it but need to build up my stamina for my fitness base and strength are still pretty high
