How do you keep motivated?

Struggles are real because chocolate and Netflix haha
I've put on 2kg in a week after being 4kg away from my goal and I'm just struggling to keep on track because eating healthy is expensive and exercising is soooo boring plus I've pulled a hip flexor muscle and have an ovarian cyst complication so running has become painful. I hate that I'm slipping away from my goal but exercise hurts and I fucking loveeeeee chocolate

1. 12 months ago when I first started I didn't have any packaged food for over 6 months but it just wasn't sustainable.
2. I aim to consume about 5000kj a day
3. Every morning I have a muesli bar (yes I check the sugar) and either a row of dark chocolate (❤️) or 10g of choc coated blueberries
4. I play an hour game of netball weekly and walk 3.5km most days. (sometimes work needs overtime and I am definitely not getting up earlier). It used to be HIIT but it's just too painful to do now.
