Best tips for clear skin?

So I don't have the worst acne in the world by any means but I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend any really good products or methods to keep my skin totally clear?

Do you have oily skin? And where on your face/body do you get breakouts? Also, do you only want advice on what products you can easily buy without a dermatologist prescription? Do you get blackheads on your nose? Give me more details, and maybe I can give more specific advice :) I love skincare.

I would highly recommend products with tea tree oil. If I had to recommend just one product--- Tea Tree face wash from The Body Shop really helps me keep my skin under control. Best face wash I've used. It also has been effective for my sisters, cousins, and some of my friends who have tried it... we all have different skin types. I've had sensitive acne prone oily skin since I was 11, and I'm 26 now. Accutane (a very strong, last resort prescribed drug) cleared my skin of acne and now I don't get pimples so often. The tea tree face wash has helped me keep it under control. In general, The Body Shop products are excellent.

Proactiv is actually also quite impressive. They have products according to your skin type. I wouldn't recommend most drugstore products like Clearisil or Neutrogena unless your acne is mild. Benzoyl peroxide products are more effective spot treatments than products containing salicyclic acid, in my opinion.

I know some natural remedies too if you are interested.

Thanks so much for all the advice! I wouldn't say I have very oily skin but I am a hot sleeper so I can get kinda sweaty if I'm sleeping. Generally most of my breakouts are around my chin/under my mouth or on my forehead. I'm really only looking for non-prescription suggestions. I've been using epiduo for a while now and that's definitely cleared things up so now I'm just trying to completely eliminate all of it!

Keep a positive attitude & wash your face 3-5 times daily.

Why positive attitude? Stress is your greatest enemy.
Why wash your face? Cause oil.

By wash your face do you just mean with water?

You can most definitely use only water, however, they're product that will help more.

I cannot recommend you one because all skin are different, you must find your product. ;P

Start with any product that involves the phrase " for sensitive skins " because you want very light chemicals that won't destroy your face.
